Microscope Objectives Explained
Microscopes have multiple uses or objectives. Laboratory objectives uses the microscope to look at blood and tissues for medical exploration. Another use for the microscope objective is forensic sciences. Forensic Science explores multiple areas of investigation in criminal science.
The overall main objective of a microscope is to enlarger objects to view them clearly. Objects that the human eyes can not see are placed on a clear glass slide under the microscope lens.
Specific Objectives and Uses
Multi-Photon Microscopy is one objective. Explores viewing cells as well as tissue- The microscope lens is created to use lasers using charged photons. This type of microscope allows scientist to view live cells and tissue samples via 3D imaging. The laser within the lens penetrates the entire sample while wavelengths of varying degrees of intensity bring the sample to clarity.
Analysis of Structural Materials is most often used in the field of Engineering. By the use of a special type of Microscope a structure compound or an unknown sample can be identified. Furthermore a Structural defect or a strength can also be determined.
Microscope Objectives have greatly multiplied since the use of the first compound Microscope in the year 1620. Twenty four years later scientists began to view living tissue.
The 1920's the objective using scanners, electrons and magnetic s combined opened up even greater objectives and uses. Microscopic applications using the (SEM) objective in the fiend of medicine and optics have improved the medical field.
Doctors and scientists can view virtually any part of the human body that is affected with any kind of illness. Therefore illness, disease, prevention are cureable and preventable now, that were not before.
